
360 Recruitment Consultant (Full-Cycle Recruiter) Remote (Egypt)
Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven 360 recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from acquiring clients/job orders to sourcing, placing, and managing candidates. You will act as both: • A business developer (bringing hiring needs/clients) • A talent acquisition specialist (filling those roles) Responsibilities 1. Business Development • Identify and approach companies with hiring needs (Gulf) • Build long-term relationships with hiring managers • Generate job orders and recruitment mandates • Negotiate fees and terms 2. Candidate Sourcing • Source candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and databases • Headhunt passive candidates • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline 3. Screening & Interviewing • Conduct screening calls and interviews • Evaluate technical skills, soft skills, and culture fit • Shortlist qualified candidates 4. Process Management • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients • Prepare candidates for interviews • Collect and manage feedback 5. Offer & Negotiation • Manage salary negotiations • Close candidates and secure acceptances • Ensure smooth onboarding 6. Relationship Management • Maintain contact with placed candidates • Build repeat business with clients • Track performance metrics (placements, pipeline, revenue)
Requirements
Must-have: • 1–4+ years in recruitment (agency preferred) • Proven ability to close roles • Strong communication & sales skills • Experience using tools like: • LinkedIn • ATS systems Nice-to-have: • Experience recruiting for Gulf markets • Tech or niche recruitment experience • Existing client/candidate network
Benefits
Compensation Package Base: €500 • Commission: 15%–20%
