Recruitment Specialist (Blue Collars)

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for production line workers and warehouse staff Execute mass hiring campaigns to meet business manpower requirements Develop and maintain multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, field recruitment, etc.) Build and maintain a strong candidate database for ongoing hiring needs Coordinate interviews and hiring procedures with operations teams Ensure timely deployment of hired employees Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring KPIs

Bachelor’s degree Proven experience in mass hiring (blue collars) Strong sourcing network and ability to generate large candidate pools Experience in manpower outsourcing or industrial sectors is preferred Good communication and organizational skills
