We are looking for a results-driven 360 recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from acquiring clients/job orders to sourcing, placing, and managing candidates. You will act as both: • A business developer (bringing hiring needs/clients) • A talent acquisition specialist (filling those roles) Responsibilities 1. Business Development • Identify and approach companies with hiring needs (Gulf) • Build long-term relationships with hiring managers • Generate job orders and recruitment mandates • Negotiate fees and terms 2. Candidate Sourcing • Source candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and databases • Headhunt passive candidates • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline 3. Screening & Interviewing • Conduct screening calls and interviews • Evaluate technical skills, soft skills, and culture fit • Shortlist qualified candidates 4. Process Management • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients • Prepare candidates for interviews • Collect and manage feedback 5. Offer & Negotiation • Manage salary negotiations • Close candidates and secure acceptances • Ensure smooth onboarding 6. Relationship Management • Maintain contact with placed candidates • Build repeat business with clients • Track performance metrics (placements, pipeline, revenue)
Recruitment Specialist (Blue Collars)
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for production line workers and warehouse staff Execute mass hiring campaigns to meet business manpower requirements Develop and maintain multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, field recruitment, etc.) Build and maintain a strong candidate database for ongoing hiring needs Coordinate interviews and hiring procedures with operations teams Ensure timely deployment of hired employees Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring KPIs
Senior Accountant
Develop & implement all necessary financial policies and procedures to ensure the provision of an effective financial management service and compliance with any relevant regulations. Maintain reliable and accurate accounting records for the company and produce management accounts necessary to facilitate the effective management of the company. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget projections to assist decision making. To carry out the serial life development of the ESC module for CMP project : Update of the ESC technical specifications Definition the agendas and minutes of the ESC development meetings managed by the Component Engineer, with the suppliers and the different PSA teams : EE department, vehicle functional responsibles (dynamic synthesis, NVH, safety, reliability, packaging, …) Management and integration of the validation results on the components : validation synthesis Analysis and synthesis of the quality, costs, timing and performances impacts of the technical issues that could occur during the development Management of the development timing.
