3D HARNESS DESIGNER

Design and leads the perimeter in order to achieve the target Service-Quality-Cost-Schedule-Diversity Design the 3D harness layout respecting the design rules, - Checking CDCI (rules for implementation) for the right implementation harness design, - Dynamic loops sizing (tailgate, doors, body to engin, gearbox…) - Applying of the EEHD 3D standards (Technical Specifications and conception guides), - Applying the knowledge of LEV (liaison électrique vissée / screwed electrical connection) implementation rules. - Realize the PDI/CX for each harness interface (clips, gormmets,...) Follow-up the study planning. Leads 3D harness definition and officialisation in 3DCOM and PLM. Participates in suppliers' drawings' review. '- Review supplier's drawings - Contributes to the 3D harness officialisation, - Respect MNU deadlines (mock-up delivery on time) - Officialize the parts necessary on the assembly line for the harness assembly. Contributes in technical exchanges with other departments.
